Patricia, (Pat), joined Gaskill, Pharis & Pharis, L.L.P. in December 1985. She and her husband, Steve, were involved in agriculture in Nebraska prior to moving to Dalhart, Texas. Pat attended Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska for two years and studied office administration and secretarial skills. Her primary duties include word processing of all financial reports internally and for clients, time and billing for the Firm, bookeeping and payroll on selected clients. Pat is a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and has been involved in various civic organizations in the community.

Michelle Rathjen joined the Firm on October 1, 2001. She had been employed at Dalhart Coca Cola as lead clerk. Michelle graduated from Huron Senior High School in Huron, South Dakota in 1993. She attended South Dakota State University and Huron University. Michelle's husband, Ken, farms for Jody Bezner Farms. Her primary duty is computer entry of bookkeeping data.

Robynne Anderson joined the Firm in July 2008 as our receptionist. Robynne graduted from Dalhart High School and then attended Amarillo College Dental Assisting Program. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for Dr. Joe Ellis, D.D.S. and Dr. Brian Alver, D.D.S. Sh is a member of Central United Methodist Church.
